Tips to be more aware

Below you will see recommendations only, how you can manage your time. Take a look and decide what fits the best!

Turn off notifications

Red is a trigger color that instantly draws our attention. By turning off your unnecessary notifications you will waste less time

Set and Check your screen time

Itis not necessary to delete your apps, just the set time you think it is acceptable for you

Form a new routine

Choose the times when you check devices, for example reading emails at 9:00 am, checking phone after lunch and etc.

Download helpful tools

Use the apps that helps you to be more productive such as practicing mindfulness, getting a good night sleep and etc.

Do things outside social media

Start new hobbies or activities where you dedicate your mind to something else, so you are able to detach from negativity and focus on positive.
